Aichi Muite Koi is nowhere near as boring as reikon makes it out to be. I've played the trial and the girl at dorm, boy at school dynamic works much better than expected. The girls' antics at dorm are humorously funky, and for once the dude starts from zero in terms of relationship towards the girls and has to actually work for their attention, unlike most males who somehow draw women to them like black holes.

One reason I don't talk about the people behind it is because I don't really care. It's probably largely because I don't remember names, but also because I don't believe knowing the people behind it gives a good indication of quality. I did briefly comment on the companies behind them when I had experience with them, and that may give a very rough idea of what to expect, but again, it can vary significantly from product to product.

I only really posted the summary to be more thorough and to put people on the same page as me. I'd much rather just write comments about the games, like I did in m3rry's post last month. The comments aren't supposed to be in-depth analyses. The game isn't out. How am I supposed to do more than a superficial analysis of it? The only opinion I think is valid is a first impression. The best you can do is play the trial, but even that's really not enough. I'd rather comment on a game based on what I actually know rather than extrapolating based on previous experiences with the people behind it.

If you're going to post about upcoming games, why not at least do some simple research on each one? Talk about the scenario writers, draw comparisons to past works etc. We can essentially get all of the information you provide by pulling up the getchu list for the month and scanning the synopses. While I don't have any real objections to anything you've said this time (since the only games I care about are Akatsuki no Goei and PARA-SOL, with VERITA and Dear Drops being 'maybe later's) if you post something silly and dismissive about a title that turns out to be really good it's going to be very awkward later. While official site descriptions and synopses are important, they are by no means the most effective way you have to determine if an eroge will be worth the entry fee. The abilities of the people working on the game are usually more important as few eroge are 'high concept' enough to be effectively described in a couple of paragraphs.
